It’s an excellent way to sort through thoughts, write stuff down that you don’t want to forget, or make to-do lists.
Its true, I’m probably the only one who uses a journal for to-do lists.
If you do keep a journal, keep it in a good spot! Otherwise your friends and siblings will read it! (and everybody says “thank you madam obvious..”)
